I currently have two works uploaded. One has been downloaded 9 times, and the second one 12 times. If I understand the rules correctly, one download is one point, so I should have 21. Instead my profile shows that I have only 9.
Is there an exception to receiving the points? As in only a certain amount of points per week or so? Or is this just a site glitch? I �d really appreciate some help.
