Hallo, please, I don�t know how I send a worksheets in jpg or pdf. Thank you for answer.

Open paint, press ctrl + A and ctrl + C buttons.  Then open Word and press ctrl + V. 
That should copy and paste your picture to Word document, and from Picture, format you can play with the size and format of your picture. hope it helps.
