Do you mean you need a sample lesson plan, a sample video of a lesson plan or a lesson plan of a video to be shown to students?
BYW, Real English is fantastic. I have been using it a lot with my beginner adults lately (for ordinal and cardinal numbers, time and dates). The good thing is too, they also have a mobile version.
