Hi, Miss Marla, Have you checked the file size? If it īs too big, you can reduce picture sizes. Is your file .doc or .docx? Other formats are not accepted by the system. Have you tried uploading at another time of the day? Sometimes the server is very busy and so the uploading fails. Good luck anyway. Isa
