Hello, everyone!

I have a friend (she is from China) who needs more English practice. She is an adult and is not  very confident in her English, despite her rich vocabulary. What makes her concerned most is the rate of her speech,she feels it is too slow. She needs quite much time to speak out her thought. She has business phone conferences in English 2 or 3 times a week, and a tutor once a week, but it is not enough. I think she needs to go social and have more speaking practice. As she doesn �t have much time for offline activities, we consider to use online possibilities, like video chats by Skype. May any of the teachers here could be interested in this?
