							| Sure. The only difference is that "which" is a relative pronoun, so it won �t start a sentence. Even though "that" can also be a relative pronoun, in this case it isn �t, so it would start a new sentence.   I teach math, which is to say that I don �t currently teach ESL.   I teach math.
