I wanna know how to play such a game with my kids and how to make my own

i wanna play it for my next lesson about time and daily activities tomorrow

Here http://bingo.saksena.net/bingo you can generate your bingo cards. Just make a list in a word document, copy and paste. Follow the instructions.
