							| Both of them are correct. The given words is right as the noun(words) is preceeded by past participle as an adjective(given) like written letters. The words given is right also as it is equal to the words which are given but we omitted which are like Tea grown in  india is nice. | 21 Feb 2015

							| 1. The words given = the words which/that are given (reduced adjective clause) 2. The given words (given is a past participle that functions as an adjective). Conclusion: both expressions can be used | 21 Feb 2015
