Harem pants. Where I come from, in the north of England, we have a really rude term for them, or far any pants with a low crotch like that. It is (sorry) shit-keppers. Kep= catch. |

We always called them "7-day shitters" (but that is obviously not usable in polite society).
They used to also be known as "Hammer pants" because the rapper/singer MC Hammer made them famous in the 80s.
But apparently "harem pants" is the most correct term:
