I had the same problem and created this tutorial to help others. It is a tutorial, so no points are needed to download it. Also check the size of the document. If over 1MB, you will need to reduce the size of any pictures to make the document smaller. Other suggestions are change browsers, clear the cache and cookies, as well. |
