She often runs just to catch the bus.

It is correct, although we usually wouldn �t use "just" this way, since it downplays the reason. If the bus is leaving without you, then catching it is very important, so you wouldn �t say "just to catch the bus".

�So, it is grammatically correct, but not something a person would be at all likely to say.

Maybe you want to say "She often has to run to catch the bus."
