							| "He learn" is subjunctive mood. In this form we don �t add "s" ending as it has nothing to do with present simple.     After the verb"suggest" you can have the following variants:   suggest that he learn suggest that he should learn suggest learning    Another example is "demand" They demanded that he (should) be on time.    Also - subjunctive mood!  |  14 Jun 2015
