Hello , I have a problem in downloading documents. I have 877 points , but I can �t download any worksheet.

Just an opinion - have you checked whether you have not "used up" your points?

�With 877 points you can download no more than 877 worksheets

�

Look under your profile picture on the main page, it should say the number of points you have and the number of downloads. �

Also there must always be 30 points spare in your account, if you use up all you points then you can �t download anymore.
