Questioning the pronunciation of geography as "joggraphy" or "geo-graf-fee" I �m not so sure . Perhaps it �s just the area I come from (The Fens, near Cambridge) but I �m sure everybody around there pronounces it the same as I do. What about the rest of you?  |

I agree with you, Spinney. But whatever it is, "joggraphy" or "geo-graf-fee", I don �t really mind, as long as it �s better than that of CNN in this story: Best wishes from Slovenia, Minka

. however on this case i am on your side Dale. Your pronunciation of geograpghy is correct and this is the pronunciation ""well educated ""
people would use. Mind you When I was teaching in England , I must say I did hear the "joggraphy " version and it came mainly from kids !
