							| Both are wrong. If you are talking about an illness you must say, " he feels ill," As far as I know "unpleased" doesn´t exist and "unpleasant" means something desagreable. |  20 Apr 2016

							| I agree with, "He feels unwell."  You could use unpleasant when describing where you have the feeling, "I have an unpleasant feeling in my stomach." To use pleased as a negative, "I am displeased to feel so ill." That would mean you are not pleased because you are ill. |  20 Apr 2016
