Can 愒 find my worksheet

Yesterday I uploaded a worksheet which I can 愒 find today. When I click on it I see a message

Sorry, the printable couldn 愒 be found.

Maybe it was reported for breaking the rules of the site.

Why is that? I didn 愒 break the rules, just sent a mind map made by myself and put into a word document.

And one more thing. Under the document it shows 2 downloads, but in the summary of my account there are no downloads. I don 愒 understand that.
