Hi, Arrows. I recently had the same problem. Finally I realized that Google Chrome auto fill was putting my email address where my username belongs on the sign in page. So, I deleted the email address, put in my username and password, and it worked! I was then able to upload my printable.

kwsp is right. Most likely, entering a wrong username and/or password causes a problem in your case.
