Both, one is adjective (pleasent) and the other one is too, but from the verb (when something pleases you, is pleasing) which can happen in many languages. |

Pleasant means nice, enjoyable, very satisfactory. It suggest that things are calm and gentle. - What a pleasant bike ride! - The weather is very pleasant for this time of year. Pleasing suggests that it made you feel pleased or gratified in some way. - It is pleasing to see Jennifer �s progress in English. So both are correct, but they are not interchangeable. |

Maybe pleasing is more in the present continuous. It is pleasing. Meaning it is pleasing at the moment and is continuing to be. Pleasant is maybe more in the sense of a completed action. It is pleasant. Meaning whatever has been described is presently pleasant, but it is completed. Just an idea to put the use in context. |
