I changed my username and password and suddenly I don �t have any points to downlowd woksheets and with my other username which appears like supergirls I still have a lot of points I don �t understand what went wrong How can I contact the administrator maybe He can solve my problem!!!! |

I could be wrong, but it is my understanding that you can �t change your username. I think perhaps you actually made yourself another account. |

That �s right; you can �t change your username or I would be belladonnamiraculosa or amoregattifantastico or Elouisawannapleaseya or something like that (better stop now!) and not cunliffe
