You �ve probably downloaded more than 30. When that happens points are reduced for every extra downloaded printable. Cheers! |

I �ve had the same problem... Yesterday I downloaded some free worksheets, and then I found out that my downloads had increased. I would really like to know what has happened!

I think that the same happened to me. I �m not sure , but I believe that a few recent contributions downloaded took my points away!!! |

Maybe you are having a different problem, but once I lost all my points because it was after Spanish midnight and I hadn �t reloaded the page so the worksheets I downloaded (that I thought were new) were not new anymore.
Whether this helps or not, I hope you get it sorted out! :) |
