Hello dear friends, I can �t open the page which shows all my printables. The computer says that "the page can �t be found". What should I do? Thank you |

Hello Yelena, Please try this: Here, on the main page, press the keys CTRL + F5, at the same time. Then click on "my printables" If the error is still there, press CTRL + F5 again in that page (the page with the error). If the problem continues, please tell me. |

I have the same pb. Cannot access to my worksheets or to the moderator �s page. But, I can from my tablet or other computers. I �ve been trying and trying and trying. Thanks dear Victor anyway. Monique |

Dear Yelena and Monique, Please go to this page: You �ll see a white page with two small squares. Then, in that page, press the keys CTRL and F5, simultaneously. After that, you can close that page and try again to access your worksheets and the moderators page. Please tell me if that solved the problem. |
