							| Hi, Tommy, This means that the speaker had a physical problem or illness affecting his/her throat, and very likely affecting the ability to speak (but not necessarily).   I �m sorry I couldn �t call you yesterday, but something was wrong with my throat, so you wouldn �t have been able to hear me anyway.   When I went to sing my solo, something was wrong with my throat, so it didn �t sound good at all!   Bruce  |  26 Jun 2018
