							| Hi Poli, If you �re using Word 2016, try the "compress pictures" tool https://www.gcflearnfree.org/word2016/formatting-pictures/3/ In previous versions of Word, you �ll have to choose smaller / lower quality pictures if you want to reduce the total document size. Another thing that usually helps is select and copy all the contents, then open a blank doc and paste everything -that deletes the editing history (all the changes made during creation), so the resulting new document is smaller.  Hope that helps, Regards  |  20 Jul 2018
