It was my money and credit cards that WERE OR WAS in my purse.
Or both are ok?

							| I agree about "were", but not for that reason. This isn�t like there is/there are, which depends on the number of the noun that follows it. There are two things listed, so it�s "were".   It was a quarter and a dime that were missing from my desk drawer.   Bruce  |  7 Feb 2019
