							| HELLO EVERYONE ,
I would be grateful if anyone could tell me about the preposition existence in the two relative clauses of when where

I cant forget the day ......I met you on.
The option here is which .
Can it be when ?
Is it optional or compulsory to omit the preposition ..

							| Hi, Khawla, First, it is optional. I cant remember the day I met you on.   Because of "on", you cant use "when", because you cant change the order to say "I cant remember the day on when I met you", while you can say "I cant remember the day on which I met you".. So, the other options are   I cant remember the day when I met you. I cant remember the day which I met you on.   Bruce  | 25 May 2019
