Did the person just find out this second? or did they know before this conversation? If they just found out, it�s C. If they knew already and somebody is congratulating them after they had a chance to make plans, it�s B. |

and it could be A if the person has already collected the money and is spending it and the questioner is seeing them for the first time. |
