Please help me what is right Peter is the tallest boy in his class A. No one in Peter�s class is as tall as him. B. No one in Peter�s class is so tall as him. C. No one in Peter�s class is taller than him. D. All correct He can play soccer the best in the club No one else can ..........
( I wonder if we should use better than or as well as..to rewrite the above sentence) Thanks

Hi Tommy, A. is correct. We use �as� not �so� in this context. C is grammatically correct, but someone could be the same height as Peter. No-one can play better than him. We don�t actually need �else� here. So the best sentence is: No-one else can play as well as him.

The correct answer is D. Câu D đúng nha bạn, Peter là cậu bé cao nhát lớp nên câu A và B (Không ai trong lớp cao như cậu ấy - sử dụng cấu trúc so sánh "as + tính từ + as" và "as + tính từ + to" đều có nghĩa như nhau), còn câu C có nghĩa là không ai trong lớp của Peter cao bằng cậu ấy cũng đồng nghĩa luôn. |
