Hello Aicha Maybe you should try this: "Download this worksheet", then "Open link in incognito window"Download this worksheet", It works for me. I hope it helps. Murielle |

Hello, Aicha! It seems that Victor doesn�t care about it, not a bit. If I use Google Chrome, I also can�t download worksheets from Moderators� Page, even if I use the Incognito window. But I can open and download reported contributions if I use Microsoft Edge. So I suggest that you try a different browser. |
