Hi there,
Sorry to hear you lost your points. A while back I had the same thing happen to me when I used Chrome for my browser. Then, I tried using Microsoft Edge to download worksheets and it worked fine.
Edit: I just downloaded some of your worksheets using the Brave browser without any problems, so if neither Chrome nor Edge work properly for you on this website, try Brave.
