Hi everyone!
 
Could you please tell me why I can�t download my own worksheets/PowerPoints? Is it only me? At first I thought it might be a bug or something but it has been a while now and I still can�t do it. Can someone help?

If you scroll through  the forum, you will find many are having this problem. I haven�t paid much attention to them, but I know there are some suggestions on how to fix it.
