Today I tried to download a power point that I had sent many years ago and that is still listed. A blank page opens, and the ppt is no longer available. It�s normal? Did I miss something? |

Hello Paolo, No, it does not sound normal. And, yes, other members also have had problems with downloading ppts. Have you tried Edge instead of Chrome? If it does not work, can you provide the link to the ppt you haven�t been able to download?
