Hi traute, I do not think there is any danger of this site becoming more like islCollective (apart from all the ads) . This site has a heart and a soul and a community - still. This forum is such an important facility and previous resources are indeed exceptional. I would just like to see it reach a wider audience than it does at the moment. Anyway, we can hold opinions, but as you say, it will be up to the new owners. Maybe for them, liveworksheets is a nice little earner. For them, it is about money; it never was or will be for us. It is about helping and supporting other teachers throughout the world. Long may eslprintables continue, in whatever form.  Have a great day, everyone.
