Hi everybody, what�s the meaning of �reception to follow� written at the bottom of an invitation card? Something like food and beverage will be given to everybody? |

Yep. You guessed right. A reception is a party. For example, if you get invited to a wedding, you often find reception to follow printed at the bottom of the invitation, meaning that there will be a party after the wedding ceremony. In fact, the party is a Wedding Reception. |
