							| No, I m not my dear Silke! That s why I´ve just asked you to read the post. We must be careful when we recommend a worksheet. Although I am not sure about this one, the point is that according to that post, 50% of that user s work has been reported to victor. So I think one should check before recommending it.
Hugs to you my dear friend.
 Have a good night.

							| Ive read the post and checked out the WS.  I believe this to be a breach of copyright. The original at    http://www.insideout.net/newelessons/IO298S-The-world-oceans.pdf    clearly states the copyright owner and the terms of usage i.e photocopying the sheet intact - I feel that direct copying of Macmillans words without acknowledgement is not only breaching copyright but very silly with a big company that is financially able to pursue legal action.       Faurfab, the worksheet you mention is not quite a copy - its been copied and pasted then the wording amended.

							| Thak you so much  Jayho!! It is very frustrating to be 99% sure a worksheet is stolen and have no way to prove it! I ll also report it to Victor. Maybe it needs more than one report for him to take action,. I m really not sure on this. Anyway; thanks a lot for your help.   Once again, let s be careful when we want to recommend  somebody else s work.   Have a nice day. mena | 18 Mar 2009
