							| SYNONYMS
 |
							| Hi everybody   I have a question about the verbs "conduct" and "carry out".    Are they  synonyns? Are they used for the same purpose? or there is a slight difference , perhaps "conduct" means the way you organize the taks?. I have the doubt.   For example:   She carried ut the task efficiently. She conducted the task efficiently     Thanks in advance        | 13 Feb 2024

							| Found this on Internet: In many cases they are interchangeable, but,Sounds good!"Carry out" can suggest that you are following instructions or a protocol, or an order, while "conduct" is usually for the person or organization leading the operation.
Also, conduct isnt usually used for a single action, but for a process with many steps.

"Conduct a survey" and "carry out a survey" are the same, but "carry out orders" is correct while "conduct orders" doesnt make sense.
