Technically B & C are both correct, but I suspect C is more correct because it answers the question. A is wrong (should be thank-you vs thanks you). |

Yes - C - I would love to/I�d love to (that awful thing this site does with apostrophe!"!!) You could then say, �Thank you/ Thanks for the invitation.� |
