Maybe you are right, Ivona, but it is also true that newcomers may see that they can be caught and reported (and lose their account and points) if they don �t follow the rules..... |

It takes Victor time to take away their points. Until then, they are able to download. Also, they take a chance by uploading someone else �s sheet: they might get caught and might get away with it. The latter is more frequent i think. The worst thing that could happen to them is for THAT sheet to be removed, that �s all. To annul the account does not lead anywhere either, because the person will open a different account under a different name.
