Hi! I took "Proficiency" last year and I had some good books to study on. I thnk the very same books have been made also for CAE. Besides  doing the "past papers" (very useful, I �d say you cannot do without them) where you can practice the exam, there are a few good books. The Annette Chapel one (Objective CAE) is quite good.
