I have read the following in the site:

premium member (with more than 30 points) you can download 30 of the
NEW printables for free.(No points needed)
As
I have more than 30 points, I have decided to download 30 printables,
but what has happened is that I have lost 30 points. Is there any way
to get them back again?

Dear Nessita77,
With your 30 points you can only download in the part "new worksheets"...
if you download "previous" ones you loose your points
