Files are usually too big, possibly because the pictures you are using are in the wrong format and take up too much space. Have a look at this worksheet http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=107849#thetop which should help you to reduce the size of pictures.
If they are still too big, you can always split them and send them as two separate worksheets.
