This is Furnas Lake with its famous hotsprings -  the Islands of
 the Azores are of volcanic orignin --  where the famous traditional 
 "cozido" served in local  restaurants is made.
 
This tasty typical dish consists of a variety of meats, sausages and
 vegetables, which are put together  in a sealed bucket and then 
"burried" to be  cooked  for about six hours by the steam of the springs. 
No water is added, juices all come from the natural products inside. 
After lunch, we could relax or take a nap by the lake.
