if you downloaded new sheets i can�t understand how you have lost your points ... I tried myself and downloaded some new sheets and nothing happened ... i haven�t lost any points.. so, i�m sorry but i don�t know :(
As far as I�m concerned, my 15 points are missing because of a technical problem.. maybe your problem is something like that too... so let�s wait and see
