I need your help please!

| I need your help please, i �m trying to design an audio book and online exercises and it is difficult to find useful sound files. I have tried with some programs that say what you write, but the voices don �t sound very real.
I really appreciate if you could recomend me a good one or instead of that you could record your voice and post the audio files here.
Right now I need sound files of the next phrases:

I don �t know, I also think that it would be good and useful for all of us if we start doing audio exercises or just upload sound files of single words for pronunciation worksheets, sound files for common sentences in daily conversations, etc.
