							| Hi fellow teachers!
This time I ll ask for help. I teach in a private school of English. All groups are doing a project on the UK this spring. The 1st part was on the geography of the UK. Now it s time for 2nd part: customs and traditions.
I need to prepare a lesson for 11/12-year-olds (elementary level). It must be sth special as the students parents will come to see the lesson :)

I can t think of anything involving the kids and I don t want to lecture them...

I ll be really grateful for any suggestions.

							| This site is very good for easily digestible information about UK custom and traditions, so maybe worth a browse. | 23 Apr 2009

							| I have used the following website for historic information: www.SchoolHistory.co.uk        Maybe this can help you. The pilgrimage to Canterbury is something you may want to read about. I hope this helps you.   Carla | 23 Apr 2009
