Why can´t I send my printable?

I can�t send my printable! I don�t know why...I�ve already tried several times, in several ways and nothing! I�ve read that the maximum filesize is 300 KB....but mine has only 196KB, and it�s ".doc"
I don�t know what�s happening, if somebody could help me, I�ll appreciate so much..

Don�t worry, you just have to be patient! It has already happened to all of us, but after a few days everythings comes to normal.  |
