I have no idea. I uploaded one today and there was no problem. What does it say, anyway? what appears on the screen?

Hi! I once had the same problem and could not understand the reason... until I read a message which pops up while uploading which says your doc. shouldn �t be bigger than 300Kb. I did check my doc. size and it was a little larger (=348Kb). I, then, reduced its size ( or else I could have also divided it into 2 different uploads...) and the problem got solved! Please, check which size your document has and maybe there lies the answer!! Best of luck! Fabiola S. |
