My husband (who speaks Arabic) said that Salam Khobi means Hello, my love. The rest though he couldn �t translate. I guess it is not arabic then.
We tried. Sorry couldn �t help you more.

It �s in Farsi, not Arabic, and all i could understand is
salam= peace, hello(greeting in farsi)
khobi?= How r u?, or r u ok?
mutashakeram= thank you
khob= good, nice, fine
