Some days ago I was downloading some of my daily free worksheets when, suddently, I realised that despite of not having reached the 30 free downloads, the worksheets were being discounted. I really would like to know why because now I have 15 downloads less.

The same happened to me yesterday,but I didn�t lose 15 points I lost over 30 ; I have no idea why
