School Buddy System
 
Hi All,
 
I was wondering if any of you could please help.
Our school in Australia has a Buddy system in place where a younger child and older child from the school pair up. We are currently wanting to better the way our Buddy system is working. I was wondering if any of you use this system in your school and if you do could you please give me some information on how yours works and how effective it is in your school.
