Hi ESL friends-
I am totally puzzled as to why I continue to get the "500 error" when I try to download. I literally have been trying to send part 1 of a worksheet that I got part 2 to download, and two other worksheets to this site since Friday, and STILL cannot get it to go. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried all times of the day, resaved them under a different file, divided them, but still to no avail...

This is an UPLOAD. Have you compressed all of your pictures in the file? I had a ws over 600kb then compressed it and it went up fine. Make sure you have done that.

Hi Mahalo
Is your file bigger than 300kb? Maybe it �s the reason.
Also, it should be .doc and not .docx
